Are YOU a Great Leader?

Great leaders have the ability to help the people within their organization progressively connect these dots. They don’t merely direct you back to the “Information” point (1) for self service… Think about the last time that you received some level of training either internally or externally and where it fell through the cracks. More than likely it was somewhere between “Learning” and “Knowledge”.

“Know-How” is what moves the needle. What methods have you used or are you thinking of using to move beyond point (2)? As a leader, you are falling wayyy short of delivering real cultural value if you haven’t even thought about it.
